Prices are for properties under 2,000 sq.ft.

• Long and short-term personalized house sitting programs.
• Inspection for signs of trespassing or weather damage.  Ensuring all windows and doors are secured.
• Visual inspection of the exterior of the house such as newly formed cracks or gaps in your foundation, which will eventually let water in.
• Emergency 24/7 attention available for property issues. 
• Checking mailbox, driveway, front and rear entrances for litter, newspapers, phone books, mail, and/or packages.
• Run toilets, shower heads, and sink faucets to prevent a build-up of aged drain water and dried gaskets. Run garbage disposal, dishwasher and washer.  Monitor appliances.
• Check refrigerator for proper operation.
• Check freezer to make sure there is no ice build-up.
• Turn on A/C and visually inspect A/C unit - clear condenser of any debris such as leaves, grass clippings or insects. Replace A/C filter once a month. $5 fee
• Check thermostat and humidistat for proper settings.
• Check electrical panel for tripped circuit breakers ensuring all systems are working properly.
• Visually check ceilings, walls and floors for water leaks or water damage.
• Interior check for signs of pest infestation, mold and mildew.
• Visually check roof for anything out of the ordinary and gutters/downspouts for obstructions.
• Check smoke alarms. Replace batteries as needed. $4 fee
• Check water heater and appliances for leaks.
• Check to make sure that the landscaping and or pool is being properly maintained.
• Check eves for wasp/hornet nests and spray if necessary.
• Receive your packages at our office, which we will deliver to your residence on the next visit.
• Email report after each visit with photographs, as needed.
• Serve as your local alarm company's contact. After hours Service charges Monday-Friday 5pm-9am; Saturday-Sunday $15 per visit

Hurricane Shutter Protection Installation and Removal:
Before and after a hurricane we will install your shutters and remove them after the storm.  
$85/per hr

Vehicle/Boat Maintenance:

We can provide service for your automotive/boat needs. Start vehicle’s engines and move vehicle to prevent damage to tires. This helps hoses and seals from dry rotting and helps prevent leaking. (Prices are available upon request.) 

House Cleaning Services:

Prices vary based on the size of your home and the frequency of our visits.  With our services you can count on thorough cleaning, with special care and attention paid to different surfaces throughout your home (i.e. wood, laminate, travertine, marble, and ceramic and porcelain tile flooring; granite, concrete, stainless steel, etc.)  (Prices are available upon request.)
