- Send you monthly statements along with copies of invoices for maintenance and repairs. (All repairs over $250 will require pre-approval from owner)
- Enforcement of delinquent rent and file evictions in compliance with Florida Statutes.
- Supervision of lawn, pest control and handyman services, repair and painting.
- Receive all phone calls, e-mails and faxed inquiries about your property efficiently and professionally.
- Keep you informed about maintenance and repair issues.
- Keep track of appliance and equipment warranties.
- Establish emergency procedures: fire, police, security, water leaks, storm damage etc.

Home & Condominium Association Collection Services
South Florida Rental Property Management, LLC will collect rent from renters that are paying rents to owners of units in association who have delinquent accounts.
Florida Statues: Section 720.3085(8), Now allows an association to demand that a tenant in a parcel pay the rent to the association if the owner is delinquent in paying monetary obligations to the association. Also, procedures are provided to allow an association to seek eviction if the tenant decides not to pay the association for the owner’s delinquent monetary obligations.
- Notify in writing tenants and owners that South Florida Rental Property Management will be collecting future rents.
- Collect all rents from delinquent properties.
- Provide the association /management company with a ledger of all rents collected.
- Provide the association/management company a check for money collected.
- If tenant fails to pay rents, eviction proceedings commence, upon associations approval.
